Challenges

Challenges are achievements in Epic Mickey 2: The Power of Two that the player can complete. Although completing a challenge doesn't win any specific prize, they test the player's conscience in what to do and also the usage of Mickey's and Oswald's abilities. The PC version of the game has only 44 challenges/achievements as Oswald is not a playable character. Other platforms have 46 to 48 challenges. Some of them require multiple playthroughs to be completed.

Apprentice Pin Collector	Completed after you have acquired a Collectible Pin for the first time.
Blot Alley Superstar	Completed if you befriended the Blotworx and helped Petetronic. This is slightly harder if you have already rescued the Blue Gremlin, but still isn't difficult to complete.	Use a watch sketch and paint the Blotworx blocker first, so that the rockers don't destroy it after they are befriended.
Devoted Pin Collector	Completed after you have collected 88 Collectible Pins.
Dragon Defeat	Completed after Mickey defeats the Blotworx Dragon.
Dressed to Impress	Completed after the player has collected every costume in the game.
Dress-Up	Completed after you change into a costume for the first time.
Fall from Grace	Completed if you enter Rainbow Caverns through the Angel Side, and exited through the Devil Side.
Film Buff	Completed after the player has collected every Film Reel.
Fortified	Completed after you have made your way through Fort Wasteland.
Full-Court Prescott	Completed after the player have chased him through the Floatyard and enters either The Band Concert The Old Mill.
Get with the Program	Completed after Oswald has reprogrammed a specific Beetleworx hopper, in OsTown's undergroung room with the DEC entrance to Rainbow Falls.
Go with the Flow	Completed after the player solved Ostown's Thinner problem with either way.
Hard Hat Area	Completed after Mickey and Oswald passed through the Construction Site in Ventureland and reaches the Autotopia projector.
Heads Up	Completed if the player matches Seth's flowers to OsTown's statue.
Heroes of Wasteland	Completed if the player built statues of both Mickey and Oswald in Ostown.	This is only possible if the player built Oswald's statue first in OsTown during the side quest Goofy's Fountain Mishap.
Junker	Completed after the player has destroyed 50 enemies.
Lab Tested	Completed after the player has finished Yen Sid's Lab and the cutscene showing Mickey entering Wasteland starts playing.
Make Your Own Way	Completed if the player ignored Daisy AND Smee's suggestions.	This is a slightly hard challenge and requires several attempts. An anvil sketch can assist the player. Mickey will need to climb the thinner bridge below the Tiki heads and try to jump on to the wooden floor leading to the construction site and the Pigs' Tree House. Once it is done, it is best to paint the entrance to the construction site and go there, as only then will the challenge be completed. Using Oswald's propeller ears can also help if Co-op is available. On PC, due to unavailability of playing as Oswald, only the first method works.
Master Pin Collector	Completed after the player has collected 176 Collectible Pins.
Not-So-Sleepy-Hollow	Completed after the player has revealed every Knothole Surprise in Bog Easy.
Off Track	Completed if the players destroyed all four Train Stations by ignoring them and let the aftershocks destroy them.
Perfectionist	Completed if the player completed all quests.	To complete this challenge, the player must be collecting as much collectibles as possible from the beginning of the playthrough, specifically the prologue itself. The player must also take the paint path as much as possible, as the thinner path makes a lot of changes. A guide on YouTube is also available for this task.
Picture Perfect	Completed if the player not only gives Metrarie the deed to the house in the Old Town area, but also gets her the three pictures that she requests - an Eye in the Floatyard, the sleeping bear in Fort Wasteland, and Gilda in Autotopia.
Prince Charming	Completed after the player befriends 100 enemies.
Projector Corrector	Iconed as Small Pete's face. Completed after the player repaired the Rainbow Falls Substation.
Race the Autotopia Speedway	Iconed as the right part of a yellow car. Completed after the player completed a race in Autotopia.
Recycler	Iconed as a Teacup Spinner. Completed after the player befriended 50 enemies.
Rogues Gallery	Iconed as a Spatter in a "Wanted" poster. Completed after the player has photographed every enemy.
Running the Gauntlet	Completed if the player crosses Blot Alley by any means.
Siphon...Siphoff...	Shaped as a blue car on the right side and a pink one on the left side. Completed after the player dealt with all the Guardian Siphons.
Staff Photographer	Iconed as an orange camera. Completed if the player took all of Adelle's requested photos from the Official Picture Spots.
Statue Garden	Iconed as Mickey in a statue pedestal. Completed if the player awakened every spirit.
The Bigger They Are...:	Shaped as Prescott's Mech half thinned and half painted. Completed after the played defeats Prescott's Mech.
Thinderella	Iconed as a Spatter melting. Completed after the player has destroyed 100 enemies.
Things are Worxing Out	Completed if the player opened the way to Blot Alley.
Trailblazer	Completed after the player braved Disney Gulch and entered either of the Old Mill projectors.
Tryptic	Completed if the player dealt with all three dioramas.
Tunnel Mouse	Completed if the player went through every D.E.C.
Walking the Mean Streets	Completed after Mickey and Oswald enter the D.E.C to Ostown.
We've got Spirit, Yes We Do	Completed after awakening a spirit.
When You Wish Upon a Star	Completed if the player painted every star and comet in the Brush Realm.	This must be done during the Prologue as it will not be available later.
Who Left These Lying Around?	Completed if all the gremlins have been rescued.
You Must Be This Tall to Ride	Completed after the Mad Doctor's Ride has been defeated.
Your Conscience Be Your Guide	Completed after the player found a way through Rainbow Caverns.

Platform-Specific Challenges[]

These challenges are available only on specific platforms.

Can I Get a Pin of That?: Completed if you complete all the other challenges in the game. Available only in PS3.
Clear!: Iconed as a heart with a heart beat line in front of it. Completed if Mickey revives Oswald while playing Co-op. This achievement is not available on PC as Oswald is not a playable character.
Oswald's New Groove: Iconed as Mickey and Oswald with Oswald making a pair of fake ear with his fingers. Completed if the player finished Dark Beauty Castle with two players. This challenge is not available on PC, as Oswald is not a playable character.

The Blot Alley Superstar Challenge is one of the hardest challenges to complete because there is a chance that at least one Blotworx will be destroyed by the other befriended enemies. Using a watch sketch and befriending the Blotworx blocker first will help in completing this challenge.
Challenge Names such as Oswald's New Groove, Thinderella, etc. are references to other Disney works such as The Emperor's New Groove, Cinderella, etc.
Perfectionist and Master Pin Collector are the hardest and most sought after challenges. To get these, the player must be collecting as many collectibles as possible (currency, pins, rare items, etc.) from the beginning of the playthrough, specifically the prologue itself. The player must also take the paint path as much as possible, as the thinner path makes a lot of changes. A guide on YouTube is also available for these achievements.
