Alice's Room is a character room that can be found in the Fortress. It is unlocked after Mickey rescues Alice from Under the Sea. Alice's Room is based on the Tea Party area from Wonderland. Besides Alice herself, the Mad Hatter and the Cheshire Cat will also reside in this room once rescued.
As you upgrade the Room, the area becomes more inviting.
