Found: One Gear is a Quest given if Mickey allows Gremlin Prescott to disassemble the Telephone in Mickey's House, thus causing a Gear to be left behind. The Quest begins once Mickey picks up the Gear.
This Quest is very simple. Simply go back to Mean Street and enter the Museum. Laralee will automatically trade the Gear for a Power Spark.
