Gremlin Wilco is a gremlin who is trapped in Tomorrow City Lagoon, accessed through "Mickey's Mechanical Man: Part 1".
When Mickey frees him, he uses a control panel to shut off the 7 steam valves, freeing up the path to Great Big Tommorow. However, if Mickey thins the brackets, the path to Gremlin Wilco is eliminated. When done, it reveals a steam valve. Freeing Wilco is recommended, because he makes an easy path to Gremlin Roger, which, in a chain of events, gives Mickey a Bronze Pin (free Roger, finish "UFO Challenge" quest and open the Treasure Chest on the UFO).
